Last week we moved the chickens from my parent's house and created a sanctuary for them at Bishop's Court. They are now living behind the old fig tree in their own little Chicken Chapel.
The "Spice Girls' as we affectionately know them, have been laying eggs for us for the last couple of years but we decided to build a purpose built area for them to live right here at Bishop's Court!
We lined the laying nests with aromatic rose petals , bay leaves, thyme, rosemary and more to keep the girlies healthy, relaxed and enjoying their laying.
